I'm walking in memory of my Mam...
I lost my Mam earlier this year after a long battle with dementia.
As a result, I'm hugely aware how important and impactful End-of-Life care is to our loved ones. This year I'll be celebrating my Mam by walking to raise funds for this vital service at the Mater Public Hospital. Please feel free to support me!
